Start the game once, edit something in Graphical settings and close the game. Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open `GameUserSettings.ini`. Change `FrameRateLimit` to your liking (e.g. `FrameRateLimit=120.000000`).

Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open `Engine.ini`. Add the following and save. [/Script/Engine.RendererSettings] r.DefaultFeature.MotionBlur=False
