Installer not working on 64-bit machines
Copy the content in the game CD/ISO to a new folder on your desktop. Download InstallShield 3 shortcut from this link. Open and extract the downloaded file (setup32.exe) to the Setup folder found in the extracted CD/ISO content\ENGLISH. Double click on setup32.exe and install the game.

Right click on APSS.exe found in <path-to-game>. Click and check Reduced color mode and select 16-bit (65536) color. Click and check Disable fullscreen optimizations Click and check Run the program as an administrator. Apply and start the game. The game will crash during the match loading screen.
