Enable windowed mode^[1]
Open settings-user.ini file with Notepad or other text editor. Using the Find function (Ctrl+F), search for `fullscreen =`. There will be exactly one entry. Change its value to `false`. Save the file. Launch the game.

Disable Vsync^[2]
Open settings-user.ini file with Notepad or other text editor. Using the Find function (Ctrl+F), search for `vsync_enabled`. There will be exactly one entry. Change its value to `false`. Save the file. Launch the game.
