Issues fixed

Framerate issues on modern Windows

On modern systems the game runs at single-digit framerates due to issues with DirectDraw
Retail version
  1. Download dgVoodoo2
  2. Copy both 'DDraw.dll' and 'D3DImm.dll' from the MS folder included in dgVoodoo2 and place them alongside 'bt.exe' (located in *\Game\bt.exe)
  3. 'dgVoodooCpl.exe' can be copied over as well if you want to run at a specific resolution or want to enable anti-aliasing and/or anisotropic filtering

[Breaks the graphics though]
