Bubble Bobble 4 Friends: The Baron's Workshop is a singleplayer and multiplayer side view action platform game developed by Taito, ported by A+ Games and published by Taito. It is part of the Bubble Bobble series.
The game was first released on Nintendo Switch as simply Bubble Bobble 4 Friends on November 19, 2019. A PlayStation 4 version was released on November 17, 2020 with additional content that was added to the Switch version on the same day; the game was retitled Bubble Bobble 4 Friends: The Baron is Back! to coincide with the content update.
The Windows version, released almost one year after the PS4 release, is a port of the The Baron is Back! with a PC-exclusive level editor feature with Steam Workshop support. Both the PlayStation 4 and Windows versions were ported by A+ Games for Taito.[1]
The game is currently available on Steam.
