CEO CITY is a Thai city building game. Players can choose to govern in one of the 12 Thai provinces which the main exports are OTOP products. After a 4 years term, the player is judged by a reelection.

It was developed in 2004, sponsored by multiple state-owned agency and companies including Ministry of ICT (name at the time), SIPA, Microsoft Thailand, Thai Airways International, Greenspot, Thailand Post

  1. Download dgVodoo2
  2. Copy MS/x86/DDraw.dll into the game installation folder

Using WineD3D will result in flicker during startup

Windowed mode

  1. Install dgVoodoo2 following above instructions
  2. Run the game at least once after installation
  3. Extract dgVoodooCpl.exe to any directory. Run as administrator
  4. In config folder, select the game directory
  5. In DirectX > Behavior disable Disable Alt-Enter to toggle screen state
  6. Press OK to save
  7. Start the game. In main menu, press Alt-Enter to enter windowed mode
If game window is resized, menu position remains at the original position
