Games for blind people and the hard of seeing
Games for people with one hand
- List of games that support touchscreen. Most of them would be possible to play with single-finger presses alone.
- List of games that support Wii Remote, presumably without requiring a Wii Nunchuk.
- Cargo Drilldown currently has no way to track games that use only two face buttons and one analogue stick, which would've made them possible to configure to use only the left or right handle of a controller. An example of a game affected by this is Rayman Legends.
- Likewise, there are no currently known ways to track games that use only mouse controls and no keyboard keys of any sort.
- Many games that are not otherwise playable with one hand, may or may not be possible to play in "1 hand + 2 legs" setups with Xbox Adaptive Controller and foot accessories.
Games for people with no hands
- Wii Balance Board can be possible to set up for games that only require arrow keys for core movement, for example TrackMania United Forever or (unconfirmed) Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania. Even then, a keyboard on the floor may be needed to reset/choose levels.
- Xbox Adaptive Controller may be possible to set up for a few more games in a "2 legs + mouth" setup with many controller accessories.
